Fue parte del repertorio del Virgin Tour, despues de Over And Over y antes de Like A Virgin. Madonna la interpretando usando aun su outfit negro, de una manera muy energica con los bailarines, y dando vueltas con el guitarrista mientras el escenarios se llenaba de humo. Al igual que Angel y Borderline, fue eliminada del VHS/DVD original de la gira.

Fue olvidada durante unos años, hasta que fue incluida en el setlist del Re-invention Tour, Madonna, vestida aun como militar, en una version mas punk-rock, interpreto la canción, para finalizar con su guitarrista Monte Pittman en una gran actuación.
